We have a captain who is qualified to teach power boat handling and certify you and your crew if you pass the exams. This skipper is not an employee so you will need to book early to ensure that he is available the days that you would like. The cost of the cruise and learn week is in addition to the cost of the charter and is negotiated with the captain.

2-hour Refresher:

Many of us are good yachtsmen but rusty or not comfortable starting the cruise by leaving a crowded marina in a boat we have never operated before. For a nominal fee, the person who greets you at the start of your cruise will help you get started, get out of port and then paddle their kayak back to shore. We call it embarrassment insurance.
